3. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
  • Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposeAll activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms
  1. Credit-Based System: Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are prepaid and non-refundable unless required by law.
  1. VIP Memberships: VIP Memberships renew annually unless canceled.
  1. Payment Responsibility: Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring sufficient funds.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, platforms, frameworks, and automation flows created or provided by CyberG7 Technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of the company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This includes all proprietary algorithms, AI models, and custom automation workflows developed by our team.
6. Limitation of Liability
CyberG7 Technologies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
  • Data Loss: Loss or corruption of user data or information
  • System Downtime: Service interruptions or platform unavailability
  • Third-Party Service Interruptions: Issues arising from external service dependencies
7. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with external tools (e.g., Facebook, Google, CRM systems). You are responsible for complying with those third parties' terms and CyberG7 Technologies is not liable for their actions or data handling.
  • Social Media Platforms: Integration with Facebook, Instagram, and other social networks
  • Google Services: Analytics, Ads, and other Google platform integrations
  • CRM Systems: Customer relationship management tool connections
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms. Remaining credits may be forfeited upon termination due to violation.
Account termination may result in immediate loss of access to all services and forfeiture of unused credits.
9. Governing Law
